On the one-year anniversary of Officer Yandy Chirino's passing, the City of Hollywood honored his memory by dedicating the Officer Yandy Chirino Playground at Mara Berman Giulianti Park. A bronze plaque, featuring a mold of Officer Chirino's hand, was unveiled, along with an interactive memorial. Visitors can scan a QR code to learn more about Officer Chirino's life and legacy.
